Terms of Use
Effective September 23, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of www.210digitalmarketing.com (the “site”), which is run by 210 Digital Marketing LLC (“210”, “we”, “us”), 408 S Eagle Rd 205, Suite 34, Eagle, ID 83616. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These are website terms, not a services agreement. If you are a client, your signed agreement with 210 governs our work together, and it controls if it conflicts with anything here. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You may browse, read, watch and listen to the site for your own information and for evaluating our services. Please do not:
- try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or the systems behind it;
- use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful;
- submit false information, or pretend to be someone else, when you book a call, comment or contact us;
- post comments that are abusive, infringing or unlawful, or that include anyone’s health information.
We may remove comments and block access that breaks these rules.
No professional, medical or legal advice
The articles, podcasts, videos and other material on this site are general information about healthcare marketing and related topics. They are not medical, legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Reading the site or contacting us does not make you our client.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health question, talk to a licensed healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Our podcasts and videos include guests and personal stories. What guests say reflects their own views and experience, not necessarily ours.
Please do not send us health information through this site. See the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, photos, video, audio and code on this site belong to 210 or to the people who licensed them to us, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. Our names and logos are our trademarks.
You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit to 210 and a link to the source page. Please ask us in writing before you republish a full article, episode or video, use our logos, or use our material in a commercial product.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and uses services run by others, including Calendly for booking calls, Apple for our apps and film, and podcast and video platforms. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Purchases and preorders made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. A link to another site is not an endorsement of it.
Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors we find (see our corrections policy). Even so, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Examples, case studies and results described on the site come from specific engagements. They are not a promise of what we will achieve for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 210 and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you and 210 agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
