This policy explains what 210 Digital Marketing LLC (“210”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use www.210digitalmarketing.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app’s App Store page (for example, the privacy policy for the 210 Digital app on Apple TV, iPhone and iPad), and work we do for clients is governed by our contracts with those clients.

We market healthcare organizations, but this website is not a place to share health information. Nothing on this site asks for protected health information, and we do not collect it here. Please do not put diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information or other health details about yourself or anyone else in a booking, an email, a comment or a phone call to us. If you need care, contact your healthcare provider. If health information reaches us by mistake, we delete it and do not use it.
For client work, we sign a business associate agreement whenever an engagement touches protected health information, and we design programs so that most of them never need to.
Our scheduling page uses an embedded scheduler from Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us so we can prepare for and hold the meeting. After you book, you may see a confirmation page on our site. We record that a booking happened as an event in Google Analytics. The booking event we send does not include your name, email address or answers. Calendly handles your information under its own privacy notice.
We use CallRail to learn which pages, searches and ads lead to phone calls. CallRail’s script runs on our pages and can show a tracking phone number in place of our main number. When you call a CallRail number, CallRail logs your phone number, the time and length of the call and the source that led to it, such as a Google search or ad. CallRail sets its own cookies to connect a call to your visit. See CallRail’s privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics 4, installed through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine, an AI assistant, another website or an ad), your approximate location at city or country level, your device and browser, and how long you stay. It uses cookies such as _ga.
We also send a few named events to Google Analytics: clicks to the App Store or Apple TV, plays of videos hosted on this site, preorder clicks and trailer progress on our film page, a completed booking, and a sign-up for the premiere reminder. These events describe the action and the page. They do not include your name, email address or phone number. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy and explains its use of data from sites like ours on its partner sites page.
We advertise on Google. The Google Ads tag, loaded through Google Tag Manager and directly on some pages such as our film page, tells us when someone who clicked or saw one of our ads visits the site or completes an action, such as a booking or an App Store click, so we can see which ads work. Google can also use the tag to build remarketing lists, which let us show our ads to people who have visited this site. Google sets cookies for this, some of them on Google-owned domains such as doubleclick.net. We do not use Meta (Facebook) or other social media advertising pixels on this website.
On our Truffle Town film page you can ask for one reminder email when the film premieres on October 16, 2026. We store the email address you enter, and the time you signed up, on our website’s server, and we use it only to send that one email. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or share the list. We delete the list within 30 days after the premiere email is sent. To be removed sooner, email privacy@210digitalmarketing.com.
Our podcast episodes are published with the Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin, and the audio files are stored on our own website. When you play or download an episode, on this site or in a podcast app, our server receives the request like any other web request: your IP address, your device and app or browser, the time, and the page or app that sent you. We use these requests to count plays and downloads. The audio player on our pages is part of the plugin and is served from our site.
Our pages load an accessibility menu from accessiBe. Loading it sends accessiBe standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. If you change settings in the menu, it remembers your choices in your browser. See accessiBe’s privacy notice.
Some pages, such as podcast episodes, accept comments. If you comment, we collect the name, email address and optional website you enter, plus your IP address and browser details to help spot spam. Your name and comment become public once we approve them; your email address is never shown. WordPress may check a coded (hashed) version of your email address with the Gravatar service to show a profile picture. If you tick the box to save your details, your browser keeps your name, email address and website in cookies for one year.
If you email info@210digitalmarketing.com, privacy@210digitalmarketing.com or another 210 address, we receive your address and whatever you write, and we use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
This site is hosted by Kinsta and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts and icons from public content networks, so your browser contacts those providers directly. If a page embeds a video from YouTube, YouTube may set cookies when you play it. Links to the App Store and Apple TV take you to Apple, whose privacy policy applies there.
We share personal information only with the service providers named above, so they can run the service for us, and when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request. If 210 were sold or merged, the information would move with the business under this policy. We do not sell personal information.
This site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. Use the choices above instead.
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@210digitalmarketing.com and we will delete it.
The whole site uses HTTPS, and only the people at 210 who need the information described here can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive, and never send health information.
210 is based in the United States, and we process the information described here in the United States. Some of our service providers may also process it in other countries under their own safeguards.
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Our Terms of Use cover the rest of how this site may be used.
